Bowl On the Geaux was founded by Kwanhathai Nguyen (Kwan) during the pandemic in 2021. She is a passionate home chef who specializes in Asian cuisine and has over a decade of experience in various capacities in the food and restaurant industry. She has crafted unique recipes and shared her creations with family and friends for many years. All the good feedback she received from them, and her entrepreneurial spirit have driven her to open this business so she can share her good food with the community.
